New VIA Certification Course will be held at San Francisco Wine School, in the heart of San Francisco, with the aim of satisfying the rising demand from wine professionals in USA. An intense 5 day program will offer students the opportunity to taste and learn about small-volume, artisanally produced wines that are archetypes of the Italian grape varieties they are made with.
This will conclude the on-going VIA world tour which started in Verona, Italy back in April, New York City in June, and moving on to Beijing and Shanghai in September.
This cross-continental VIA tour allows all wine professionals from USA and China, the two largest markets for wine, to come together and further deepen their knowledge about the fascinating, if at times complex, world of Italian wines.
