Milano Moda marks the relocation of the Fashion Hub to Piazza Gae Aulenti, emblem of the new Milan and the new, fast growing luxury shopping zone. The move also reflects the evolution of the city itself and, as well as offering operators a still unfamiliar skyline, retains a number of logistics advantages linked to the fashion show venues and many of the hotels used by journalists and buyers.
The UniCredit Pavilion is the centre of the Fashion Hub. The building accommodates the accreditation desk, the Press Office, the Photographers’ Room, the VIP Lounge and the Sponsors’ Areas. It also provides an exciting setting for the Fashion Hub Market, a new project in support of emerging brands.
The Mall, in piazza Lina Bo Bardi 1, in the heart of Porta Nuova. The Mall has a fashion show facility seating over 400 and a multi-function Presentation Space.
Thanks to support from Milan’s city administration, Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana once again opens up the doors of the Sala delle Cariatidi (in Palazzo Reale) for fashion shows. This very special “Fashion Show Room” features some forty 18th century sculptures depicting mythological figures.
