NO EXCUSES TIP: Sugar equates with serenity. It's because our brain processes sweet this way. As long as you have a balanced routine of exercise in your life, treat yourself to single-serve meals and take longer to eat them; savoring the flavor can extend the calming effect you're probably seeking.

Eating sweets never relate to hunger, most of the times is c
onnected to the simple fact of being bored seeing food as a way of entertainiment; if this is the case, instead of sweets, try drinking a lot of water or eating a handful of nuts (almonds, macadamia nuts, brasilian nuts etc.) I recommend this because nuts contain pinolenic acid, a naturally occurring polyunsaturated fat that actually stimulates two powerful hunger suppressing hormones.
