this is a healthy and very simple dish you can make for lunch or dinner, salmon is a great source of protein and good fats.


Honey-mustard salmon



Ingredients:

  • 2 table spoons of honey

  • 1 table spoon of mustard

  • 150 gr of smoked salmon

  • Black pepper

  • Sparragus

  • salt


preparation:


  1. On a glass we pour the honey and the mustard together with a little bit of pepper


  2. Aside we add a little bit of pepper on each side of the salmon, in the mean time we pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.


  3. We pour the honey-mustard sauce we made on top of the salmon. After putting some baking paper on the oven, we put the salmon in, and wait 5 to 10 minutes depending on how you prefer it.


  4. You boiled the sparragus in salt water until they are soft and serve as a side dish.
